We would love to have you join us as a vendor! This year we are back at the fabulous Gaylord Texan in Grapevine, Texas August 27-29, 2026.
This will be the biggest and best one yet and we can't wait to see everyone! Read on to learn more about everything you need to know to be a vendor this year!

🏩 VENUE INFO
There’s no union involved in the vendor room this year, so the NLMC team will be coordinating moving in/out and will be on the docks and in the vendor room to take great care of you throughout the event! ❤️
VENDOR DAILY SCHEDULE 🗓️
- Load In Times:
- 3p-9p Wednesday, August 26th
- 8a-1p Thursday, August 27th
- Load Out Times:
- 3:30p-9p Saturday, August 29th
- Vendor Room Hours:
- Thursday: 1:30p-7p
- Friday: 10a-7p
- Saturday 9:30a-3p
 🎟️ OTHER IMPORTANT DATES + DEADLINES
- July 31: Submit graphic for program ads
- August 1: Book hotel rooms
- August 10: Arrival due date for Swag Bag items
- August 12: Order all power, IT, and Fire Permits (see Exhibitor Kit)
- August 26: Give Seat Drop Items to Organizer at venue by 6p
- August 26: Load in, 3p-9p
- August 29: Load out, 3:30p-9p

 Sponsorship Opportunities
We have several ways you can connect with attendees and get the word out about about what your company does. All vendors get ad space in the program as well as the opportunity to put items in the Swag Bag for free, so don't miss out on those!
You can also get your name in front of everyone by sponsoring things like meals, education, snack breaks, photo booths, and more. And you can even choose to have your items placed on each seat at one of the General Sessions to draw even more attention to what you have for them.

RESERVE YOUR BOOTHS TODAY!
Head over to our vendor website to see what spaces we have available.
- Click "Reserve Your Booths" to see a map of the vendor room. The yellow spaces are the booths that are still available.
- Note the booth numbers you're interested in and click one of them and click the "buy" button. Don't worry, you're not committing to anything yet. 🤓
- Next you'll see a welcome message a blue text link saying, “add booth.” Click and choose additional booth numbers if you want to.
- Also note the discount code that corresponds to the number of booths you'd like.
- Below you’ll see additional advertising and sponsorship opportunities. Choose any that you want. You can always come back and add more later as long as they’re still available.
- Fill out all of the info requested along with the discount code from above and click "buy" and your booths will be reserved!
