There are two options:
✅ OPTION 1: If you need a refund, you need to have added Purchase Protection at the time of purchase. There are terms for using it, so be sure to read all of them before checking out.
✅ OPTION 2: You can transfer your ticket to someone else who wants to attend. This can only be done within the website here. You cannot transfer a ticket to someone else outside of the system here.
You'll be sending them a special link to purchase their own ticket on the website. Then, once they complete their purchase, they'll have their own ticket and you'll be sent a refund for your ticket. Here's how it works:
- Once you find someone who wants to buy a ticket, get their first and last name and email address.
- Then click "Transfer My Ticket" at the top of the site. On mobile it's under "Help Links."
- Enter your email address and order number and their name and email address and click "lookup tickets."
- Choose the ticket you want to transfer.
- They'll be sent an email with a link to follow to purchase their own ticket. They must use that link.
- Once they have completed their purchase, you'll be sent a refund for your ticket purchase.
* They are purchasing a ticket at the current full price. If you're wanting to give them a discount of any kind, that must be done between the two of you. But they must purchase their ticket using the link sent at the current full price. NLME are not responsible for any money being exchanged outside of the ticketing system here and does not recommend that you do so. If these instructions and steps are not followed, the new buyer will not have a ticket to enter the event.
** The email that is sent is often snagged by spam filters. We cannot assist in troubleshooting someone's email provider. The email will be automatically sent and managing filters will be up to the email receiver.
