Refreshed 2026: What to Pack for Your Trip

We get this question every year and it’s a great one! “What should I pack?”

Of course you’ll want the basics like:

Comfortable shoes (there’s a lot to explore and it’s a huge venue!)
A sweater or hoodie if you tend to get cold. Some of the meeting rooms can be chilly.
Your phone, of course!
Your laptop or tablet, especially if you’re going to classes that would utilize them.
Chargers for all of your devices.
A notebook or whatever you like to use to take notes in as well as pens or pencils.
Business cards if you have them.
“Refreshed” tshirts or hoodies if you got any.

But more than anything, the most important thing we want you to bring is an open and ready heart.

Come open to new ideas, new conversations, and new connections.

Come ready to learn and ready to be refreshed!

And come ready to really see other people.

Many people are walking through those doors hoping for encouragement. Some need fresh ideas. Others need new friendships. Some just need permission to take a breath and to slow down for a bit.

Let’s really SEE people this year. Because if everyone leaves a little better than when they came in, we call that a win!
